Book Talk with Laura Hatosy

This program will be a book talk with YA author Laura Hatosy in honor of the Days of Remembrance, honoring the uprising of the Warsaw Ghetto. Hatosy’s forthcoming book, Drawn from Memory, tells the story of a teenager deported to a Nazi ghetto who has to decide whether to use her ability to erase memories to ease the grief of her friends or to preserve their testimony. Among the themes raised by Hatosy’s book that will be addressed is how to be an ally for a marginalized group. Register here.

The event is finished.
