Civic Gathering with Winchester Youth: Strengthening our Community

At this Civic Gathering we will discuss with Winchester teens what is working well to enhance their quality of life, what are the opportunities for them and the challenges they face, and what steps can we take to strengthen our community.

In addition to youth, joining us for this conversation will be Lisa Wong, Town Manager, and Judith Evans, Superintendent, as well as representatives from many local organizations.

This program is being organized by the Town Common Task Force (TCTF), a coalition of Winchester residents and organizations focused on promoting communication, collaboration, and civic engagement to foster a caring, connected, and inclusive community. This program is offered free of charge, all are welcome.

The TCTF is grateful to the Cummings Foundation for the funding they provided that enables the use of the Jenks Center for this important community-based program.

The event is finished.

The Network for Social Justice has spent years fighting for social change in Winchester — from advocating for affordable housing to providing support to individuals who have faced injustices of all kinds. We need your help to continue to advance an inclusive and equitable community.
