Indigenous Peoples Advocacy
Formed in 2018, the Indigenous Peoples’ Advocacy Committee (IPAC) promoted awareness of Indigenous histories and contemporary issues in Winchester. Through education, advocacy, and community collaboration, IPAC worked to challenge harmful narratives and support the rights of Indigenous Peoples at local and state levels.

Immigrant Justice
The Immigrant Justice Committee worked to advance immigrant rights in Winchester by supporting the Safe Communities Act, educating residents, and advocating for inclusive local policies. The committee also promoted non-citizen voting rights and provided resources on interactions with immigration enforcement.
