The Network is offering an intensive 3-day student internship program, generously sponsored by the Winchester Cooperative Bank, that provides an opportunity to learn skills, meet new people, and engage in community.
Inspired by a free workshop organized by YW Boston, “Our Transformative Power,” we are offering a 3-day program during the week of July 27th from approximately 10 am – 2 pm each day.
Monday 7/27 we will meet in Winchester at the Network for Social Justice office.
Wednesday 7/29 we will travel together by public transportation to the YW workshop at More Than Words.
Friday 7/31 we will meet to process our experience and plan next steps.
Rising 9th-12th grade students from Winchester and Woburn are especially encouraged to apply. Students will receive a $200 stipend for complete participation.
